When selling and renting, we invite you to cooperate on the basis of an exclusive agreement (i.e., with an exclusivity clause). After signing the brokerage agreement, we represent only you. We are with you throughout the entire transaction process - keeping only your interests in mind and taking care of your needs without any conflict of interest - from start to finish. We cooperate with many partners (lawyers, notaries, credit advisors, appraisers, photographers, home stagers, renovation and moving companies etc.). Thanks to this, we are able to provide comprehensive service even in the most complicated transactions.
In 2019, we ranked 1st in Poland (and 1st in Warsaw) among all 30 RE/MAX network offices, of which we were still a part at that time, which means that our agents were once again the best sales team of the year.
