INFORMATION ABOUT PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA IN E-MAIL COMMUNICATION
1. The administrator of your personal data is AXEM Sp. z o.o., with its main office in Warsaw, 02-999, ul. Gieysztora 6 lok. U7, KRS: 0000308348, registered in the District Court for the city of Warsaw, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register, NIP: 118-196-96-90, REGON: 141473440, share capital: PLN 50,000. (hereinafter: "Administrator").
2. The processing of your personal data by the Administrator is based on the provisions of the universally binding law, in particular: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, p. 1) (hereinafter: "GDPR"), the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 11 May 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000, as amended).
3. Processing of your personal data in the context of e-mail communication - if it does not take place on the basis of an already concluded brokerage agreement with the Administrator in real estate trading or another legal basis, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR - is carried out with your consent in order to ensure e-mail communication, especially for responding to your e-mail messages (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) or in order for the Administrator - at your request - to take necessary actions for possible conclusion of a brokerage agreement with the Administrator in real estate trading (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
4. To the minimum extent necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, the Administrator may process your: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, PESEL, NIP, address of residence, address for correspondence.
5. The recipient of your personal data in the context of e-mail communication with the Administrator is the recipient of the e-mail message, as well as other employees, co-workers of the Administrator duly authorized in writing by him to process personal data. A separate category of recipients to whom your personal data may be disclosed are entities authorized to handle deliveries, in particular entities with which the Administrator has concluded a contract for the provision of service maintenance for the used IT systems.
6. Giving your consent to e-mail communication with the Administrator is voluntary, but necessary for the Administrator or its employees/ co-workers duly authorized by him to respond to your e-mail message. You can withdraw your consent given to the Administrator at any time by sending an e-mail message to the address: biuro@topowiagenci.pl or in another form that will allow your statement of will to withdraw the previously given consent to reach the Administrator unequivocally.
7. Your personal data will be stored for the time necessary to deal with the matter for which e-mail correspondence is conducted, in any case for a period not longer than specified in the provisions of law.
8. The Administrator applies security measures to protect the personal data provided to it, consisting in particular in the use of appropriate IT security measures.
9. We inform you that your personal data will not be used solely on the basis of automated decision making or profiling and will not be transferred to third parties, including international organizations (Article 44 of the GDPR), except for the employees/ co-workers of the Administrator for the purposes of the processing mentioned above.
10. We inform you that you have the right to: 1) access your personal data stored and/or processed by the Administrator; 2) request the Administrator to immediately correct your personal data; 3) request the Administrator to immediately delete your personal data; 4) request the Administrator to limit the processing of your personal data; 5) request the Administrator to transfer your personal data to another administrator; 6) the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in connection with the processing of your personal data by the Administrator.
